About Airsmiths
Airsmiths is a family-owned small business serving Sacramento County and surrounding areas since 2001. Airsmiths owner Michael Smith is an HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and insulation contractor whose qualifications include Green Building Professional, Greenpoint Rater, HERS Rater, NATE certifications, NBI Institute training, and National Comfort Institute training. He has worked on projects to reduce energy use in existing buildings with leaders at Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the California Energy Commission, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Michael holds C-20 (HVAC) and C-2 (insulation and acoustical) licenses, enabling him to provide a comprehensive range of environmental control services, covering both the mechanical systems and the energy-efficiency envelope of a building.
