As a homeowner at this address for many years I am very pleased to say how nice it is to have my Airsmiths Heating and Air Conditioning System in my home.

Very recently your company replaced my heating/air system. I have to tell you that I was a bit nervous about it. Not only did it cost a lot of money, but other companies, more or less, gave me the run around. I came home from work to find things well in hand with your Crew. Three men were working on my system. I chatted with these guys and asked some questions. They were all very polite, kind and professional. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions and concerns.
It was a cold day and the work ran into the evening. Their hard work and professionalism impressed me, even though the conditions were so cold and dark. To whom it may concern,
After having a heating and air conditioning company out, who failed to do any real troubleshooting and seemed to only want to sell me a new air conditioning system and who knows what else I called Airsmiths Home Performance from their add.
I discussed the problem I was having with my A/C system.
Robert (an Airsmiths Home Performance Service Technician) was dispatched out to my property. Robert troubleshot the system after completely wringing out the system for a low voltage short. He discovered that the thermostat had been improperly installed by another heating and air conditioning concern and fixed my problem.
It was truly refreshing to finally have an honest professional to take care of our needs.

I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the outstanding service we received from you this month regarding the purchase and installation of our new Heat Pump System. When our old system died we set off to the home show where we spoke with you as well as several other contractors. We proceeded to obtain three quotes. Not only was your quote acceptable, you were willing to work with us on some requirements we had where the other contractors would not.
For example; should we have needed a new refrigerant line (due to a question we had as to if the old one had a leak in it), you provided us a supplemental quote to have that installed through the wall instead of running down the side of our house.
No one else was willing to go the extra mile and work with us on that. That was one of the many deciding factors for us in choosing Airsmiths Home Performance to do our job (their willingness to go the extra mile). We found your team to be very professional. You were extremely responsive to phone calls and our multitude of questions. Your knowledge of the work needed as well as your simplistic explanation of that work was greatly appreciated. All the administrative work (i.e. permit, billing and rebate forms) was processed with ease. All the prep work, actual installation and post work was accomplished with no clean up our end! Our hardwood floors, carpet, ceiling and walls were spotless.
